Dog Walking

1. All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime.

2. All dogs being walked will undergo a trial period to ensure that they are adequately trained and socialised.

3. Taylor Made Activities Ltd must be alerted to any behavioural problems with their pets at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of any future contract.

4. Taylor Made Activities Ltd cannot walk a female whilst in season.  Owners must inform Taylor Made Activities Ltd if a female is due to be in season, or in season and retain the right to cancel any booking already made.

5. Taylor Made Activities Ltd reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker and/or other dogs.

6. All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless the locality is suitable and a disclaimer form signed.

7. If dogs are to be walked off the lead Taylor Made Activities Ltd cannot be held responsible if the dog runs away.

8. Aggressive dogs will be walked on a lead at all times. They may also be required to wear a muzzle.  If for any reason Taylor Made Activities Ltd feels the dog is becoming a danger to itself or any other animal/human we reserve the right to cancel the walk immediately and still be paid in full.

9. The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (ie, heat, thunder storms) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker.

10. The client is liable if the dog injuries any 3rd party, property or other animal.

11. Taylor Made Activities Ltd will walk the dog described on the booking form for not less than the time and on the days booked from the clients address unless other address is specified.

12. Taylor Made Activities Ltd will walk the dog on other occasions by arrangement.

13. The client will either ensure that access is given to Taylor Made Activities Ltd to collect the dog from the agreed address, at the agreed time, or give Taylor Made Activities Ltd a key to the place where the dog is kept. Taylor Made Activities Ltd will use the key to collect and return the dog and for no other purpose and will keep it safe, not let anyone else have it and will return it to the owner on demand.
