General
1. All clients will be deemed to have accepted Taylor Made Activities Ltd terms and conditions (as laid out here) on signature of the contract.
2. Taylor Made Activities Ltd will not confirm any booking until a consultation has been carried out with the client and the contract, with full details of client requirements, has been signed by the client.
3. The owner will provide details of a nominated veterinary practice and a third party contact number in case of an emergency where the owner cannot be contacted. If unable to contact either, Taylor Made Activities Ltd reserves the right to make decisions regarding any emergency veterinary treatment or similar. The owner accepts liability for payment of any veterinary treatment and fees incurred if your dog is seen by a vet.
4. The owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their pet whilst being walked or visited and accepts liability for payment of any public liability insurance excess or veterinary fees incurred.
5. The client must provide all items necessary for pets to be adequately cared for in the client's absence. (i.e., food, medication, leads, tags, collars etc). Should pets require any additional supplies whilst in the care of Taylor Made Activities Ltd, these will be purchased and added to the bill.
6. The client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of Taylor Made Activities Ltd.
7. Taylor Made Activities Ltd must be alerted to any behavioural problems with their pets at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of any future contract.
8. Taylor Made Activities Ltd cannot walk or board, or offer day care to a female whilst in season. Owners must inform Taylor Made Activities Ltd if a female is due to be in season, or in season and retain the right to cancel any booking already made.
9. Although Taylor Made Activities Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance, wherever possible pets should be insured by the client. Taylor Made Activities Ltd reserves the right to refuse a booking for any animal which is not insured.
10. Taylor Made Activities Ltd will care for your animal as you would, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, Taylor Made Activities Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
11. 24 Hours notice is required for cancellation of walks.
12. 7 Days notice is required for cancellation of Day Care & Boarding.
13. Client keys are kept separate from all information containing personal information.
14. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, and be vaccinated against Kennel Cough (A nose drop separate to the normal annual vaccination) and be fully flea and anti-worm treated. Proof of this will have to be shown before a dog will be accepted.
